- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆February 13, 2020, by Sara LockWARNING!!! Horrible customer service! I waited for the owner Kevin to help me with my husbands tuxedo for over 45 minutes as he screamed on the phone. The female employee tried helping us but didn't have a lot of knowledge. She asked Kevin for help and he waved his hand for her to go away and didn't even care that we were waiting. It was a horrible experience. We ended up walking out. The female employee apologized but how can an owner treat his customers like that??? If I could give 0 stars, I would.
